How does the calibration service work?

The calibration service provides for the verification and adjustment of the piston pump according to the specific technical parameters of your plant (working pressure, motor speed and motor power). The fluid-hub test bench allows testing the component under controlled operating conditions, with real-time data acquisition and generation of a detailed graphic report that documents the results of the test.

Mandatory parameters to request the calibration:

  • Working pressure: value in bar at which the pump operates in your plant
  • Motor speed: number of revolutions per minute (rpm) of the drive motor
  • Motor power: installed power in kW of the drive motor

Delivery times: The addition of the calibration service may result in longer shipping times compared to the purchase of the pump without calibration, as the component must be processed on the test bench before shipping.
