What is the fluid-hub calibration and testing service?
The fluid-hub calibration and testing service is a value-added service that allows you to receive your piston pump already calibrated and tested on the in-house test bench, verified according to the specific parameters of your plant before shipping.
The fluid-hub test bench:
Designed and engineered by the internal technicians, the bench is capable of testing fixed and variable displacement pumps, valves, solenoid valves and proportional valves.
Technical characteristics:
- Main motor power: up to 45 kW
- Maximum adjustable pressure: up to 350 bar
- Flow rate: up to 600 l/min
- Real-time data acquisition
- Generation of detailed graphic reports
When the service is useful: the service is particularly useful when you need to install a component that has already been verified and documented before commissioning in the plant, reducing on-site testing times and the risk of machine downtime.
