Is the shipping cost fixed or does it vary?

The shipping cost on fluid-hub is not fixed but varies based on the weight, volume and destination of the goods (Italy, Europe, non-EU). Shipping is never free and the exact cost is shown in the summary during checkout, after selecting the delivery address.

Additional costs to take into account:

  • For orders with a taxable amount of less than €100 destined for EU countries, a handling charge of €15 is applied
  • For non-EU orders with a taxable amount of less than €100, export costs of €47 are charged

Important: shipping is never free on fluid-hub, even for high-value orders.
