Can I delete my account?

To delete your fluid-hub account, you need to contact customer support: deletion cannot be carried out independently from the platform. Before proceeding, please consider that once the account is deleted, all your orders and related data will no longer be visible.

Channels to request deletion:

  • Email: info@fluid-hub.com
  • Chat: always available on our website via the icon at the bottom right
  • Form: on the Contact page
  • Support hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM
