The company account on fluid-hub is a feature that allows multiple users from the same company (buyers, maintenance staff, purchasing managers, technical office) to access the platform with separate credentials, while sharing visibility over orders and company data.
When the company account is activated: Activation takes place when several people from the same company register on fluid-hub. It can be activated in two ways:
- At the explicit request of the company that wants to give access to several colleagues
- Automatically by our team when, during the registration of a new user, we detect that the company is already present on the platform
- Each user has their own personal access credentials
- All users can view the company orders (not just their own)
- Sharing of company information (addresses, billing data, address book)
- Centralised management of company purchases
Note: If you no longer need this feature, the business account can be deactivated at any time by sending a request to info@fluid-hub.com.
