The internal reference number is an optional code that you can enter during checkout to link the order placed on fluid-hub to your internal management system (ERP, accounting software or company purchase register).
What it is for:
- Allows you to easily track and identify the order in your company system
- Facilitates reconciliation between fluid-hub orders and your internal records
- It is particularly useful if your company uses specific codes for projects, jobs or cost centres
You can enter this number during the checkout phase in the section dedicated to shipping addresses:
Once entered, the internal reference number will be visible:
- In the list of your orders and in the list of company orders (column "Internal Reference No.")
- In the order search (you can search for a specific order using this code). Find out more about how the order search works
