To search for a specific order on fluid-hub, you can use the filters available in the "My orders" section, combining one or more search criteria.
- Order number: enter the order number (e.g. #000000071)
- Internal reference number: enter the code you indicated during checkout to link the order to your internal management system. Find out more about what the internal reference number is.
- Order status: filter orders by current status (e.g. Received, In progress, Delivered, etc.)
- Date range: select a date range (from… to…) to view the orders placed in a specific period
The results are displayed in a paginated table and updated automatically as you enter the search criteria. At the bottom of the page you can see the total number of results and navigate between the different pages. You can also combine multiple filters to further narrow your search.
