Through the "Request special conditions" form you can request customised conditions on three fronts:
- Quantity: bulk or recurring supplies where you need dedicated conditions for high volumes (e.g. recurring job order for annual scheduled maintenance)
- Price: specific target price to reach for a given supply (e.g. awarding with a binding expenditure specification)
- Job order: specific project or job order where you need tailor-made commercial conditions
In the form you will need to indicate the reason for the request, the target price and the desired quantity. You can add further details in the "Do you want to tell us something more?" field to better contextualise your need (for example technical application, urgency of the supply, references to previous job orders or other elements useful to the sales team). The more information you provide, the more accurate the commercial proposal will be.
