Does fluid-hub ship directly or through partners?

It depends on the product. fluid-hub directly manages the shipping of the products available in its warehouse in Gallarate, while the products managed through the partner distributors are shipped from the warehouses of the partners themselves. In both cases, the shipping is entrusted to international couriers selected based on destination, weight and type of goods.

Direct shipping: For the products available in the fluid-hub warehouse in Gallarate, the preparation and handing over to the courier take place on the same day for orders received by 12:00 PM.

Shipping from partner distributors: For the products managed through the partner distributors, the shipping takes place from the partner's warehouse. In these cases, the preparation times depend on the availability and the lead times of the partner itself, and are indicated on the product page.

Couriers used: fluid-hub exclusively uses established international couriers: DHL, UPS, TNT, BRT and FedEx. The courier is automatically selected based on the destination, the weight and the type of goods. For information on the couriers used, read Which courier carries out the delivery?
