The "New product request" button allows you to report to fluid-hub components that you can't find in the catalogue and that you would like to purchase. Before submitting a request, we recommend always checking whether the component is already available in the catalogue.
How it works:
- Click on the "New product request" button in your account dashboard
- Fill in the form indicating:
- Your first and last name
- Your contact email
- The component brand
- The code (or even multiple codes) of the product you are looking for
After submission, the fluid-hub team will evaluate your request and contact you as soon as possible to provide feedback on availability and purchase conditions.
This feature is particularly useful if:
- You have found a specific component that is not yet present in our catalogue
- You know the code of a product but can't find it on the platform
- You want to check if we can source a particular item for your project
