What information can I see in the "My Account" section dashboard?

In the "My Account" dashboard you'll find a complete overview of your profile and your activities on fluid-hub. In particular, you can view:

Your profile:

  • Username and contact details (email, phone)
  • Your company's location
Billing address:
  • Company name
  • Complete address of the registered office
  • Administrative phone and email
Overview of my orders:
  • Your last 5 orders with order number, date, total and status
  • Ability to view their details
Overview of company orders (visible only if you have an active multi-user company account):
  • The last 5 orders placed by all users in your company
  • Useful for having complete visibility over company purchases when multiple people have access to the same company account

Quick actions available from the dashboard: From the dashboard you also have quick access to the "New product request" button to report components not listed in the catalogue. To find out more, read What is the "New product request" button for and how does it work?
