Do all users see the same orders?

Yes, all users of the same business account on fluid-hub can see all the orders placed by the company.

What users see:

  • My orders: each user sees their own personal orders placed with their own accountMy orders page in the fluid-hub account area with list of orders, filters by number, date and status, and pagination
  • Company orders: all users see all orders placed by any member of the companyCompany orders page on fluid-hub with list of orders from all company users, filters by number, reference, date, user email and status, and pagination

All users of the same business account have the same permissions: there are no distinctions either in role or in access. Each user has:

  • Full access to company orders. To discover where to find the list of company orders, read Where can I view the company orders?
  • Visibility on shared company data (address book, billing data, etc.)
  • The possibility to place orders with their own account
  • Access to all platform features
