What is the difference between "My orders" and "Company orders"?

On fluid-hub, the "My orders" section only shows the orders you have placed personally with your account, while "Company orders" shows all orders placed by any user of your company (including your own). In addition, from "My orders" you can request modifications and returns, while from "Company orders" you cannot.

The differences in detail:

"My orders":

  • Shows only the orders you have personally placed with your account
  • It is the section dedicated to your individual purchases
  • You can request returns and modifications for these ordersMy orders page in the fluid-hub account area with list of orders, filters by number, date and status, and pagination
"Company orders":
  • Shows all orders placed by any user of your corporate account
  • It also includes your personal orders
  • It includes a "User" column that indicates who placed each order (with the user's email)
  • You can view and reorder these products, but you cannot request returns or modifications for orders placed by other colleaguesCompany orders page on fluid-hub with list of orders from all corporate users, filters by number, reference, date, user email and status, and pagination
Practical example: If you and two colleagues (Mario and Luca) share the same corporate account:
  • In "My orders" you will only see your 10 orders
  • In "Company orders" you will see all the orders: your 10 + Mario's 5 + Luca's 3 = 18 total orders

Note: The "Company orders" section is available only if the company account is active (i.e. if there are multiple users associated with the same company).
