Do I receive a confirmation after registration?

Yes, after registering on fluid-hub you will receive two emails: an immediate one acknowledging receipt of the request and an approval email with the link to set the password, within 24 hours.

In detail:

  • Immediately after submitting the registration form: a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request
  • Within 24 hours: the confirmation that your registration request has been approved, together with the link to set the password of your account.

After setting the password via the received link, your account will be fully active and you will be able to access all the platform's features (price viewing, interchangeable products, purchase, etc.). Find out how to access your account after you have registered.
