What data is needed to register on fluid-hub?

To register on fluid-hub, you need to fill in a form with your company's data (registration and tax) and your personal contact details. Below you will find all the information that will be requested during registration on fluid-hub, divided by type.

Company details:

  • Company name
  • VAT number
  • Registered office address (street, city, postcode, province, country)
  • Administrative email for sending invoices
  • Company type

Country-specific details:

  • Italy: Tax Code, SDI code, and PEC (for electronic invoicing)
  • UK: EORI Number

If the shipping address differs from the registered office address, you will be able to indicate it during registration.

  • First name

  • Email address

After submitting the form, the fluid-hub team will review your request and, once validated, you will receive an email to set your account password.
