To search for a company order on fluid-hub, you can use the filters available in the "Company orders" section, combining one or more search criteria.
Available filters:
- Order number: enter the order number (e.g. #000000071)
- Internal reference number: enter the code you indicated during checkout to link the order to your internal management system (find out more about what the internal reference number is)
- Date range: select a date range (from… to…) to view the orders placed in a specific period
- User email: search for orders placed by a specific user by entering their email (e.g. m.rossi@azienda.it)
- All statuses: filter orders by current status (e.g. Received, In progress, Delivered, etc.)
The results are displayed in a paginated table and updated automatically as you enter the search criteria. At the bottom of the page you can see the total number of results and navigate between the different pages. You can also combine multiple filters to further narrow your search.
