Can I delete an address from the address book?

On fluid-hub, the default billing address cannot be deleted because it is linked to your company's tax details. Shipping addresses, on the other hand, can be removed, but only by contacting customer support: independent removal from the address book is not available.

If you need to remove a shipping address that you no longer use, contact our support team:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM

What to indicate in your request:

• Which address you want to delete (company name, city or other unique reference)
• Any reason (for internal records)
