Can I modify the shipping addresses or the default billing address?

To modify a shipping address or the default billing address (linked to your company's tax details) on fluid-hub, you need to contact customer support: independent modification from the "My address book" section is not available.

What to indicate in your request:

• Which address to modify (company name, city or other unique reference)
• The correct updated details
• For changes to the billing address: official documentation certifying the change of tax details (e.g. updated business registration certificate)
