When is the invoice issued?

 Invoices on fluid-hub are issued at the end of the month for all orders placed during the month. For example, if you place an order on 10 January, the invoice will be issued by the end of January; all the orders of the same month are invoiced together in the monthly invoicing cycle.

Type of invoice: All invoices are electronic invoices compliant with Italian regulations, issued through the Sistema di Interscambio (SDI) for Italian customers or according to the tax regulations of the relevant country for foreign customers.

When you receive the invoice: The invoice is sent by email to the administrative address you indicated during registration, within the first few days of the month following the order.

Important: To ensure fiscal accuracy, make sure you have carefully filled in the personal and tax details (VAT number, Tax Code, SDI Code, PEC) during registration.
