Can I modify or cancel a return request?

To modify or cancel a return request already submitted, you need to contact support: independent modification from the platform is not available. We recommend contacting the team as soon as possible, before the request enters the advanced evaluation phase.

What you can request to modify:

  • Add products to the return request
  • Correct the reason for the return
  • Attach additional documentation
  • Completely cancel the request

What to indicate in the request to support:

  • Number of the order the return request refers to
  • The changes you wish to make, or the confirmation of the cancellation
