Can I request a return for a company order?

You can request a return only for orders that you have placed personally, from the "My orders" section. For orders placed by other users of your business account, the return must be requested by the user who placed the order from their own "My orders" section.

All users of the company account have the same permissions: to avoid unauthorised modifications to other people's orders, each user can manage returns and modifications only on their own personal orders.
