In the return request form, in the "Reason for the return" field, clearly specify:

  • Which products you want to return (indicate the SKUs)
  • The reason for each product

Example:

"I request the return of the following items:

- DKE-1610/1/A-X 24DC 21: manufacturing defect

- 4WE10C5X/EG24N9K4/M: incompatible with the application

- VT6CC B03 B05 1 100: damaged during transport"
