How does payment by bank transfer work?

The advance bank transfer is the standard payment method on fluid-hub. Here's how it works:

  1. Confirm the order: complete the checkout on the website by entering all the required details (shipping address, any notes, etc.)
  2. Receive the order confirmation email: immediately after confirmation, you will receive an email containing the order summary (products, quantities, amounts), the bank details to make the transfer and the order number
  3. Make the bank transfer: arrange the transfer using the bank details received by email. No specific reference is required, but we recommend indicating the order number to facilitate reconciliation.
  4. Wait for processing: once the transfer has been credited, our team will proceed with processing and shipping the order.

Crediting times: Bank times can vary from 1 to 3 working days. The order will be taken over and shipped only after the payment has been received. Until that moment, the order cannot be processed.
