Do I receive an order confirmation by email?

Yes, immediately after completing the checkout you will receive an order confirmation email at the address associated with your account, containing:

  • Order number
  • List of products ordered with SKU, quantities and prices
  • Any discounts applied and shipping costs
  • Total order amount
  • Shipping and billing addresses
  • Payment method

If you can't find the confirmation email, check your spam folder. You can still view all the order details at any time from the "My orders" section.
