Are there products excluded from the return?

Yes, not all products are eligible for return. In particular, return requests are not accepted for:

  • Customised or made-to-measure products, configured to the customer's specifications (e.g. hydraulic pumps with non-standard configurations)
  • Items already installed or used, even partially
  • Products with the original packaging opened or damaged, except in cases where the defect is attributable to the product itself or to the transport

In any case, each request is evaluated individually by our team, which reserves the right to accept or reject the return based on the specific circumstances.
