In the return request form you will need to fill in the following fields:
- Reason for the return: describe the problem encountered or the reason for the return. If you are requesting the return of several products from the same order, specify the code (SKU) and the relative reason for each item
- Your contact details: company, email and phone number
- Order number
- Delivery date of the parcel
- Supporting photos or documents (optional but recommended): you can attach images of the defective product, the transport document or any other file useful for the evaluation of the case
The more complete and precise the request is, the more quickly our team will be able to evaluate it and provide you with the instructions to proceed.
