How can I request a return of an order on fluid-hub?

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Access the "My orders" section in your account
  2. Locate the order containing the products you want to return
  3. Click on the "Request return" icon in the "Actions" columnRequest return button with tooltip in the fluid-hub order list
  4. Fill in the return request form Request a return form on fluid-hub with fields for return reason, company, email, phone number, order number, delivery date and photo or document upload
  5. Submit the request

After submission, you will receive an email confirmation that your request has been taken in charge. The fluid-hub team will assess whether the return is eligible and will contact you to inform you of the outcome and any instructions for returning the goods.
