The order confirmation is not immediately final: the order becomes final only when fluid-hub takes charge of it for processing. Until that moment, you can modify or cancel the order.
What to do if the order is not yet being processed:
- Go to the "My orders" section
- Click on the "Modify order" icon in the "Actions" column
- Alternatively, contact our support team.
Once the order is being processed, the modify order icon will be disabled and it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it independently. In this case, you can consider a return: read How can I request a return on fluid-hub?
